Pageant rules and eligibility criteria

Article 1 — Organiser

The Miss Ronde Cameroun pageant is organised by the Association Femme Ronde et Belle Cameroun, P.O. Box 20573 Yaoundé. The trade name “Miss Ronde et Belle Cameroun” is registered with OAPI under No. 131361.

The 11th edition is sponsored by the Ministry of Arts and Culture.

Article 2 — Purpose and dates

These rules set the conditions for taking part in the 11th edition, which runs from December 29, 2026 to January 30, 2027 around the theme “Beauty, Dignity and Autonomy: the Full-Figured Woman at the Heart of Development”.

Article 3 — Eligibility criteria

  • Be part of the Manga’Queens community
  • Be a full-figured woman of Cameroonian nationality
  • Be aged 18 to 40
  • Have a BMI between 25 and 30 kg/m²
  • Measurements 55-45
  • Be at least 1.65 m tall
  • Be bilingual and fluent in your mother tongue
  • Good physical presence, eloquence and good character
  • Education: high school diploma minimum
  • Carry a project built around the theme of the edition
  • Married or single, with or without children
  • Be available throughout the whole journey

Article 4 — Registration

  • Applying is free of charge.
  • Application submitted through the website's online form, with photos (up to 3).
  • Your registration is only taken into account once the form and the pageant rules are signed on every page, together with a photocopy of your ID and a proof of address.

Article 5 — Calendar

  • February 20, 2026: event announcement and opening of registrations
  • July 30, 2025 – January 30, 2026: follow-up and support programme for the Miss
  • July 20 – October 20, 2026: review of applications and pre-selection
  • August 20 – September 20, 2026: regional finals and selection of participants
  • August 22, 2026: casting
  • October 10, 2026: nutrition day
  • December 28 and 29, 2026: semi-final
  • January 9, 2027: International African Woman Fair (SIFA)
  • January 25, 2027: training retreat
  • January 30, 2027: election evening · Grand Finale, Djeuga Palace, Yaoundé

Article 6 — Process and selection of the winners

  • Files are reviewed, then regional finals take place in the four hubs: Yaoundé (Centre, South, East), Douala (Littoral, South-West), Bafoussam (West, North-West) and Garoua (Ngaoundéré, Garoua, Maroua).
  • The final score combines three components: personal effort (25%), jury vote (35%) and public vote (40%).
  • The public vote is detailed in Article 7 (Public's Choice Award).

Article 7 — Public's Choice Award

  • The public vote is multi-channel: web, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram and Instagram. Only votes cast through the official Miss Ronde Cameroun channels are counted.
  • Voting costs 1,000 FCFA for 10 votes. A donation collection is built into the voting platform.
  • The title “MISS RONDE CAMEROUN – PUBLIC'S CHOICE AWARD” is awarded, with an official sash and a trophy.

Article 8 — Titles, prizes and winners' commitments

  • Miss Ronde Cameroun: 500,000 FCFA
  • First runner-up: 300,000 FCFA
  • Second runner-up: 200,000 FCFA
  • Allocation of the prize money: 70% for the winner's project, 30% for the organising committee.

  • After the election, the winners become Ambassadors of full-figured women, with support in carrying out their projects.

Article 9 — Image rights
