Data collected

• Contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), reason, message.
• Application form: identity (last name, first names, age, nationality), contact details (email, phone, address, social media), family situation, background and project (education, profession, languages, talents, project, motivation), travel (passport, number and expiry date, visa, countries visited, availability, pre-selection hub), measurements (height, weight, BMI, bust, waist, hips, shoe size, dress size), photos (up to 3) and consents.
• Press accreditation request: last name, first name, role, media outlet, media type, outlet website and social media, phone, email, city, country, desired coverage, team and equipment, special request.
• Partner form: company, business sector, contact name and role, phone, email, city and country, desired partnership type, message.
• For all forms: the language used, the submission date and, if you wish, your subscription to Miss Ronde news.
• IP address: used only to limit abusive submissions and kept for as long as this protection requires.

Purposes

• Reply to your messages.
• Review applications and organise the pageant.
• Review press accreditation requests.
• Review partnership proposals.
• Send you an acknowledgement of receipt and a PDF summary of your request.
• Send you Miss Ronde news, only if you ticked the box provided for this purpose and confirmed your subscription using the link sent by email.

Retention period

Recipients and processors

Data is only accessible to authorised members of the pageant organisation. It is never sold or transferred.

The association uses the following providers, who process data on its behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): website hosting, database and file storage.
• Brevo (France): sending emails and managing the news list.

Candidates' photos

Photos sent with an application are stored in a private space, accessible only to the organisation. Their public use is governed by the pageant rules (image rights).

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Audience measurement, when enabled, relies on Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@missrondecameroun.org.
